Make it so animal microchips have location tracker
Loads of dogs are getting stolen from gardens and from people's houses used for dog fighting /breeding it needs to stop we need dogs to have location trackers in there microchips so that the owners can locate them if they ever went missing before anything bad happeneds to them

Whether to use location trackers on pets would be a decision for pet owners, not the UK Parliament or Government.
In any case, no widely available microchips currently contain tracking technology at present. UK Government or Parliament is not responsible for developing technology.
