Prohibit removal, flailing & netting of Trees/Hedges prior to Planning Approval
The practice of felling, netting and removing Trees and Hedges, prior to Planning Approval being granted, is a serious threat to wildlife, our historic rural landscape. It also inhibits the progression of good biodiversity.
