Reorganise the country's art collection to ensure as many works are displayed as possible.
'Out of the forty-seven paintings by Reynolds listed on the Tate's internet archive only three are on display in the gallery.'
That the government should introduce legislation to compel and/or persuade art galleries, such as the Tate, to display as much of their collection as is feasible and to make significant transfers to other galleries throughout the country so as to ensure that as much work as possible is available to view by the public.
