Extend child fares on public transport to the age of 18.
Child fares should be extended for teenagers on public transport to the age of 18. This helps with students traveling to work, which they might not earn a lot, to pay cheaper fares. Some students do not earn a big enough income in order to pay the prices of adult fares for public transport.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Aged-based transport fares are not set by the UK Government. For buses, local bus companies are free to set their own fares. For trains, the fares are set by train operating companies.
You could start a new petition asking Parliament to change the law, to require all transport operators to offer child fares for anyone under 18.
