Extend common assault enquires from 6 months to at least one year

Petition Details

Victims of domestic abuse may be unable to report abuse within the current 6 month time limit. If an assault in deemed ‘common assault’ this could mean a perpetrator is not convicted even if he has committed more then one of these crimes
