Petition Action

Suspend MPs who dishonored the original terms of Brexit pending investigation.

Petition Details

What the people of the UK were voting on was clear. The Prime Minister laid it out clearly in his Chatham House speech.

The vote was to leave without a deal.

Any MP who broke this agreement should be expelled from parliament for and tried for treason.

Additional Information

Prime Minister David Cameron 10 Nov 2015 stated "When the British people speak, their voice will be respected – not ignored. If we vote to leave, then we will leave. There will not be another renegotiation and another referendum." Source https://www.gov.uk/government/speeches/prime-ministers-speech-on-europe

However, there has been renegotiation against the majority vote.

The MCA states "don't treat a person as lacking the capacity to make a decision just because they make an unwise decision"
