Have 50% of the House of Lords Made up from the public via a nomination process

Petition Details

I Believe the current make up of the House of Lords is not representative of the people of the United Kingdom and therefore needs changing to be more inclusive.

Additional Information

Much of the Lords appears to be made up of ex MPs and Hereditary peers and needs to change to cover all sections of the people of the UK. The current system is needs an urgent overhall.
