stop charges on property resulting from bad debt on unsecured loans

Additional Information

To stop unsecured loans being turned into charges on home owners property, Unsecured loans are charged at a higher rate than secured loans in the first place, It is very unfair and unjust to be able to take a charge on a property when someone hits finacial difficulties especialy in these troubled times.
