Clean air zone for suburbs outside of Birmingham city centre
Vehicles will be driven out of central Birmingham because of clean air charges , Making the suburbs even more congested than it is , Increasing the pollution to the people that live on and around the ring roads and main roads that lead off them , This is going to cause serious health issues .
