Child Benefit High Income Tax should be by household not by Individual.

Petition Details

Husband with £60,000 income and wife with £10,000 per yr (total of £70,000) child benefit will be stopped because husband income.

While Husband with £49,000 and wife with £49,000 (total of £98,000) child Benefit will continue.
This is unfair. High income should be by Household, not individual.
