Debate: the British people demand a referendum on UK membership of the EU

Additional Information

Since the constitutional legality UK membership of the EU because the Prime minister at the time Edward Heath MP signed the document of accession without a mandate from the electorate by means of a General election of Referendum in 1972, this means that the electorate was disenfranchised by the Government.
We need a new vote on this matter before the EU drags our nation down with its failing economic strategies.
