Grant immunity from prosecution to HM armed forces who served in the Troubles.
Under the Good Friday Agreement. Immunity from prosection was granted to members of the IRA and there associates.
It is only right and proper that members of HM armed forces who served in the Troubles should be granted the same.
No soldier be it ex or otherwise should be put in a situation where their justifiable actions in the service of this country can hold them to account later.
The Troubles in Northern Ireland were a particularly difficult period in our history and service personnel who served there should not be held accountable for the actions of themselves or their comrades in arms and should be granted immunity from prosecution.
