minimum wage & pension for carers
1/ Carers should receive at least minimum wage for the 24 hour care that carers provide.
2/ Allow carers to accrue a pension in line with a nurse's pension.
3/ Officially recognize the savings carers contribute to the economy by a yearly announcement in Parliament.
