Introduce new tax to catch tax dodging companies

Additional Information

Introduce a 15% tax on the annual turnover of all companies trading in the UK but who do not pay Corporation Tax or its equivalent in a NATO country. Companies registered in the Channel Islands or other NATO country with an army numbering less than 25,000 full time troops would be required to pay this tax.
