Manifesto promises MUST be honoured.
We the undersigned demand that any manifesto pledge made by any political party MUST be honoured by that political party should they attain government. Any pledge made in a manifesto and not honoured within the lifetime of a parliament or without a clear timeframe for policy implementation should result in a fine not exceeding 10 million pounds levied against said political party to discourage electoral fraud and/or the fraudulent acquisition of votes.
