liberalisation of legal services in the UK

Additional Information

In order to give a level playing field to all legal service providers providing civil legal advice the conduct of litigation should be made unreserved work allowing anyone to offer this service subject to consumer legislation. this would allow the public to choose from a whole variety of providers and will bring price competition into the market.
