Properly test and research modern LED headlights to cut out blinding dazzle.
LED and DRL headlamps are getting too bright and distracting there is a concern that pedestrians, cyclists and school children are at risk as a result of temporary blindness caused by these lights. Opticians are reporting an increase in complaints from the public don't wait for someone to be killed.
