Public Sector workers to compensate taxpayers for inconvenience
Today's strikes by public sector workers to complain about the change from exceptionally generous pensions to the best pensions available to anybody have cost taxpayers and businesses vast sums of money. We petition the government to create a fund to compensate those who have missed work or had to pay for childcare, those who have had to rearrange travel plans and those who have had life changing operations delayed.
The funds should come from the foregone wages of striking workers with any shortfall being deducted from their pay packets over the next 12 months.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
