HM the Queen should dissolve parliament and order a new referendum on Brexit.
The EU will not change the deal on offer. Therefore we must either accept it, leave with no deal or cancel Brexit.
The question should offer these 3 choices, with voters asked to pick 1st & 2nd preferences. Least 1st choices drops out, and 2nd choices added to decide binding outcome.
