EDUCATE PEOPLE ON TYPE 1 DIABETES - IGNORANCE IS NOT AN OPTION
IGNORANCE IS NOT AN OPTION....
we are fed up of the lack of education given out about type 1 .. we hate it when people think that type 1 & type 2 are the same !! or people tell you that if you just lost weight your disease would go away because it's no big deal !! well its about time the education system had a wake up call... !! we need to educate against ignorance about type 1 diabetes.we need to raise awareness within schools and work places... not alot of people know what type 1 is let alone what to do if someone was having a hypo !! ignorance kills !!
WE want the goverment to make type 1 education mandatory in schools and work places. it is insane to me that type 2 is more well known than type 1 people need to be aware that type 1 is a Disease that doesn't go away !! lets educate the nation please !!.
