Make apprenticeships a condition of work visas for non-EU staff

Additional Information

Medium and Large Employers who bring in non-EU staff to work in this country on the grounds of skills shortages should be compelled to offer a quota of apprenticeships so that indigenous skills can be gained and youth unemployment reduced.
