We petition the Government to set up an independent Royal Commission to examine the effects on the UK of membership of the EU to determine whether the surrender of national sovereignty in the fields of the judiciary, human rights, control of the economy, regulation of control of employment and immigration from both within and from outside the EU has been to the benefit or detriment of the people of this country
