Have 'accounts' on epetition site

Additional Information

Have an account/login system for the e-petition system so we don't need to keep entering our address & validating the email address on every single petition we sign up to.

Also this would allow us to look at all our signed-up-to petitions and see how they are going etc.

It would also allow some extra identity verification in the future if deemed necessary
