Getting illegal drivers off the our roads.

The amount illegal drivers on our roads is at an all time high, and will only get worse.
All legal and illegal drivers need to buy fuel for their vehicles.
Simply place ANPR cameras ( Automatic number plate recognition) at all petrol stations. All the illegal drivers will be caught on film,this can be used in evidence against them. The Police can take the vehicles off the road, which will help to ease congestion and be better for the enviroment.
