Make Political Party Manifestos legally binding documents.
Political Parties have attracted our votes by their manifestos,but seem unable to keep to them. They must be compelled to remain true to this by making them legally binding. Any individual MP campaining on a Party or individual manifesto should not be allowed the opposite view during the term won.
