Postpone letting fee ban until Brexit is confirmed
With Brexit not clear this proposed move at this stage will create additional hardship in an already difficult market. introducing a tenant fee ban that will cause more financial pressure on landlords and the estate agency economy
The housing market at present for letting and sales is currently at a very low rate, with investors not prepared to buy and sellers waiting for Brexit to be resolved. Introducing a tenant fee ban into this current climate will impact many business along with tenants looking for new homes with a potential rise in rents.
