This petition is to request that Parliament respect the EU referendum result.
There is a petition calling on Parliament to revoke Article 50 to prove "the strength of public support" for remaining in the EU. Are there an equivalent 2.5m+ signatures in favour of leaving the EU.
This petition is to request that Parliament uphold the referendum result and to provide a balanced view of public opinion. It is also a social experiment to see, in the event that this petition reaches 2m signatures, whether it will get the same media coverage.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
