Make Trip Advisor a fair process for reviews and businesses.
Trip advisor allow fake and unfair trip advisor reviews to often.
This causes major issues for businesses when fake and unfair reviews are written, with little that a business can do to prevent or get removed.
This can cost a business not just money but reputation.
Trip advisor should be made to ask the reviewer more questions about their visit when posting negative reviews. Contact details should be made to be given.
Negative reviews should be sent to a business before being made public to give chance for the business to review and respond.
Trip advisor should have tighter rules on what is allowed as negative reviews and a quicker process to remove untrue/fake reviews.
