Car insurance should be the same for anyone and only dependent on the price of the car, not experience.

We can't accept your petition because we aren't sure what action you would like the UK Government or Parliament to take.
At present, this would be the responsibility of car insurers and not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition calling on the Government to pass a law requiring car insurers not to take people's personal characteristics into account when determining insurance premiums if that is something you would like to see happen.
