Stop proposed 4.34% Orange contract price increase
This petition is to challenge Oranges intention to increase contract prices by 4.34% and to allow the undersigned to terminate their current 'contract' under section 9.6 of the communications act 2003, and The Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 which states that a clause is likely to be 'unfair, if it allows the seller to increase their price without giving the consumer the corresponding right to cancel the contact if the final price is to high in relation to the price agreed when the contract was concluded. Above details were quoted from Which/Ofcom.
