Abolish the primary-legislative capacity of Privy Council Orders and nullify any primary legislation that has been enacted by them

Additional Information

To debate in parliament whether the government should:
i) abolish and ban the primary-legislative capacity of Privy Council Orders, and especially Prerogative Orders, not only in name but in essence and function.
That is, to abolish and ban mechanisms a) which allow government not just to implement laws and substantive changes to laws approved by parliament (which is fine), but to pass laws and substantive changes to laws obtaining to the UK and its overseas territories without those laws or changes first having to be voted through by parliament (which is not),
and b) whereby specific court decisions relating to the UK or its overseas territories can by overruled by the government without parliamentary approval;
ii) nullify existing primary legislation obtaining to either the UK or its overseas territories that was enacted using Privy Council Orders;
iii) explain, publicly, why the primary-legislative capacity of Privy Council Orders still exists and is still used by government
