Lower the valid witness age from 18 to 13.
Many young people may see crimes with an adult and need to report them to 101 but the police won’t look into it as there needs to be two valid (over the age of 18) witnesses.
Maybe for example, unsafe drivers that could potentially harm somebody.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.
We understand that you're concerned about reporting crime, but we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do. Young people can already report a crime, including anonymously, and under 18s can give witness statements and evidence.
