Mandatory driving test for drivers aged 70 and over repeated once every 3 years

Petition Details

There has been recent publicity about serious accidents involving elderly drivers. For safety reasons an assessment by continuing capability is required on an individual basis. Current arrangements for a doctor's certificate fail to evaluate overall driving capability.
