Warm front delays of 6 months + failing to help pensioners

Private companies make substantial profits from Warm Front scheme are charging above market rates whilst leaving pensioners in the cold for 6 months or more.

More accountability of these companies and proper dealing with of complaints. Many old age people can die from cold in this time, regardless of which the companies still get paid.
