Petition Action

Condemn the Punishment of Freedom of Speech in Bahrain

Additional Information

The UK Government should publicly and politically condemn the continued use of undue force & imprisonment of the people of Bahrain when peacefully protesting about long-lived oppression, and for peacefully commemorating religious events, such as the Shia commemorations of Ashura. The Bahraini government's actions on these people include the use of tear gas and weapons supplied by the UK.
