Change the minimum and living wage pay gap between 16 and 25 year old employees
As a young person I have recently begun to question why I do the same job as others at my company and yet still I am paid less. I am on minimum wage the same as they are however as they are older they are entitled to an additional 3.63 an hour.
The minimum wage as of April 2019 will be :
•25 and over: £8.21
•21-24: £7.70
•18-20: £6.15
•Under 18: £4.35
