Demand reconsideration by the B.B.C. to make Hugh Edwards main presenter
The B.B.C. have announced that Hugh Edwards their main news presenter is to front the Olympic broadcast
We the undersigned believe it is the wrong choice to make given Mr.Edwards current and past position within the B.B.C.
He has in the past year alone been associated worldwide with Floods,Earthquakes,Famine and numerous war situations.
Because of the negativity surrounding these reports.
Television is a visual medium and his face will bring many more bad memories than good to many peoples in many countries around the world.
We believe there are many more presenters who are capable of doing the Job and request the government to persuade the B.B.C. to change their minds in favour of a more positive face.
