Get rid of the TV licence.
The TV licence pays for the BBC as they do not use adverts to fund their channels, every other broadcast channel in the world has adverts and do not charge for a TV licence, this should either be made a choice/subscription simular to Sky, Netflix, Amazon or just add adverts like ITV, CH4, CH5 etc.

The TV licence just pays for the BBC, every other channel in the world is either free or subscription based, but the BBC force people to pay the TV licence in the UK, that's like Sky forcing everyone in the UK to pay for their service.
