Make the BBC keep 'This Week' on TV & give it a sensible time slot.
The BBC (funded by the Public & Government Taxes) is removing the Political TV programme "This Week" from our screens in July. We would like the Government, who fund the BBC to keep this show aired at a more convenient time so that Mr Andrew Neil will stay on.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The BBC is an independent body governed by a Royal Charter. Under the terms of that Charter, the BBC is operationally and editorially independent of government and there is no provision for the government to intervene in the BBC’s day-to-day operations.
You might like to write to the BBC to make this suggestion.
