Stop the UK Government sharing personal NHS medical records
The UK Government want to share NHS medical records with outside private companies. This breaches the notion of confidentiality and privacy. This proposal, if implamented breaches the human rights act(1998) and the data protection act(1998). also infringing on the ECHR Article 8, thus is not lawful.
