Outlaw the choosing of the Prime Minister by party members who are not MPs

Petition Details

The choice of a new Prime Minister between general elections should not be delegated by elected MPs to unelected and unaccountable party members as if the office was a private possession of the party in power and those who have paid it a membership fee.
