Stop the big supermarkets from decimating our small towns and villages

Additional Information

We want the government to introduce more stringent conditions for large supermarket chains to open new supermarkets in or near small towns and villages and allow the local community to have the final say on whether they want these supermarkets instead of landowners and local, county or other authorities having the final say, especially where "bribes" are concerned.
