Add organic plant based agricultural education to secondary school curriculum.
One of the most vital life skills a person needs to have is how to grow and harvest home grown organic produce. The cost of living has risen year on year and families are struggling to afford to buy healthy foods resulting in increased levels of child obesity.
The British Heart Foundation, which polled 2,444 adults, found 39% sacrificed health benefits for cost when doing their grocery shopping.
One in four said they hadn't bought a single portion of fresh fruit or vegetables in the last week.
Two thirds said they wanted to eat more healthily, but nearly half of these said cost was a hindrance.

A packet of tomato seeds costs 50p on average.
1 seed = 1 plant = 6.8kg tomatoes (avg).
6.8 kg of tomatoes in a supermarket = £15 (avg).
