Scrap minimum wage & let wage be based on skill and experience
Minimum wage is a joke. I’ve worked with people who are 16 earning under a fiver work harder then the 30yr olds who get £7.80. It’s not fair at all, it needs to be re-thinked. I understand that people who are older need more but there are so many young people who work just as hard for pennys
