Ban smoking and vaping on tables outside cafes and restaurants.

Petition Details

Smoking and vaping has been banned inside public places, but is still allowed outside at cafes and restaurants. People who do not wish to breathe second-hand smoke yet want to sit outside, cannot do so.

Additional Information

Non-smokers have always been forced to suffer with smoke from other people, and only in recent times has it been banned indoors in public places. However, smokers are still allowed to sit outside establishments, with their smoke often drifting inside. Just walking the streets gets you covered in their disgusting smoke, yet amazingly this is not illegal. It's about time the heath and comfort of all was considered, with a view to some day ban smoking everywhere.
