Force councils to charge same parking fee, unrelated to car's fuel/emissions.

Petition Details

Parking means paying for the space taken by the vehicle and we should NOT be discriminated against by our choice of fuel or it's emissions.
As car owners we are already paying for emissions through road tax and use of fuel.
This is another stealth tax!
The car is PARKED and not polluting.
