Discuss the future of democratic elections after ignoring campaign rule breach.
The Electoral Commission have ruled that the leave campaign broke electoral rules, however Parliament continues to base their Brexit mandate on this 2016 referendum. Why is Parliament choosing to ignore this breach and what precedent are they setting for the future of democratic elections?
