That the UK Government propose a resolution at the United Nations that authorizes Member States acting nationally or through regional organizations or arrangements, and acting in cooperation with the Secretary-General, to take all necessary measures to protect civilians and civilian populated areas whether in Sudan or South Sudan under threat of attack from the Government of Sudan or proxy forces sponsored by the Government of Sudan
