Provide hoists in toilets for disabled.
How many of us have disabled children or care for someone with a disability and can't go out all day as there is not a facility to change or toilet are loved ones.
Why because of health and safety or because of money.
We can sign disclaimer's and leave a deposit.

At the moment, this would be the responsibility of the operators of public toilets.
You could start a new petition asking for it to be a legal requirement for public toilets to have hoists, if that's what you'd like to happen.
