Change the national anthem to Land of Hope and Glory
This is Great Britain the land of hope and glory providing peace and recognition for everyone on this land not just for individuals

This isn’t something that the UK Government or Parliament would be able to do. The use of the present National Anthem is a matter of tradition rather than having any legal or constitutional status.
